Getting Started
To use RSM, you’ll need a Keenfinity Single Sign-On (SSO) login. This secure authentication service is free and easy to set up.
Ask your installing dealer or an existing admin user to invite your email address. Once invited, just log in-and your linked panels will appear automatically.

Requirements & Compatibility
. Compatible with B and G Series panels running firmware 3.09 and above
. Full feature support requires firmware 3.10 or later
. Uses TLS 1.2 encryption and enhanced security checks for added protection
. Requires iOS 17 or later (iOS 18 recommended for latest security enhancements)
